Hogan-Lovell looks forward to welcoming you at the venue starting 4.30 pm. From 5.00 pm to 6.45 pm you can expect presentations around the current trends in pharma law, according to the motto: a pharma-law update in the truest sense!

First, we want to give you an overview of the new unitary patent. Then we’ll talk about the new Clinical Trial Regulation and show what’s important for companies now, based on selected regulatory topics and a look at outsourcing and operational organization in the group as well as sponsor changes. A brief update on supply chains will conclude the first part.

After a short break, our attorneys will discuss: Apps and other digital health applications – the patient in focus. In addition to regulatory aspects and collaborations between pharma companies and digital/start-ups, the speakers will also shed light on how legal departments can efficiently deal with an increasing number of apps and interactive websites.
