On behalf of the European Alliance for Transformative Therapies (TRANSFORM) MEP Interest Group, it is our pleasure to invite you to TRANSFORM’s first in-person Conference: “Launch of Charter for EU Cooperation to Enable Safe and Timely Patient Access to Advanced Therapies in Europe”, to be held under the auspices of the Czech EU Presidency, at the European Parliament, Brussels, Altiero Spinelli Room 1E2.
The event will launch an MEP Charter that brings together TRANSFORM’s work and learnings over the past year, and sets out 7 Recommendations for change to enable safe and timely access to ATMPs for patients in Europe, looking at the full lifecycle of these therapies, with the patients and their needs at the centre.
The Charter launch will be followed by two panel discussions with members of the TRANSFORM Alliance and MEP Interest Group. There will also be opportunities for networking and media coverage. Confirmed speakers and attendees include MEPs and other policy makers, the EMA, patients and patient representatives, researchers, clinicians, and industry representatives.
