EUCOPE Workshop | How to Prepare for EU HTA from a Payer Perspective

Join our workshop to explore the impact of EU HTA on pharmaceutical market access in Europe. Senior executives will gain strategic insights from key markets—France, Germany, and Spain—through expert analysis and real-life case studies. Learn how to navigate EU HTA challenges and leverage real-world data to enhance market access outcomes.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the latest developments and implications of EU HTA on market access strategies;
  • Assess how the payer approach in key markets (France, Germany, and Spain) will evolve under EU HTA;
  • Evaluate the strategic and operational challenges posed by EU HTA on orphan drugs;
  • Learn how real-world data (RWD) can support pricing and access decisions;
  • Apply learnings from real case studies to enhance market access planning.

Germany

To present the German payer perspective on EU HTA, covering the strategic implications of changes in German HTA and providing an analysis of how recent changes will impact orphan drugs and broader market access strategies.

France

Olivier is the past voting member of the “Comission de la Transparence”, the French national HTA and reimbursement committee and will present on the launch and access implications for France, providing a detailed assessment of how EU HTA will affect the launch and access environment in France and present case-studies highlighting the strategic adjustments required for successful market access in France.

The workshop will take place in-person on Thursday 8 May,

from 11:00 to 17:00 at EUCOPE’s offices in Brussels.
