Speeding Up Access in the UK – the Accelerated Access Collaborative Program

New improvements to the Accelerated Access Collaborative (AAC) will aim to put the most promising medicines, diagnostics, and digital services through the clinical development and regulatory approval process faster. The AAC was set up in 2018 as a fast-track route into the NHS for breakthrough medicines and technologies. The scheme will now become the new umbrella organisation for UK health innovation and act as the ‘front door’ for innovators looking to get their products funded by the NHS. Read more.
